    After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

    Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

    If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

Another Birthday Boy ~ “M”

“M” first came to me for his newborn session. I was so happy to get to see how much he has grown in the last year. He was quite shy during this session, he mainly wanted to stay close to mommy. But we were able to coax him with cheerios for a while & then some balloons. And his Aunt did an awesome job of keeping his attention oh his cake instead of watching where mommy went! After a bit of Blues Clues & Dora The Explorer songs, making silly faces & noises for him, he was digging in, licking his fingers and enjoying his cake. He did great!

Birthday Boy “N”

It feels like it was just a few days ago that I photographed him for his newborn session. Gosh, time sure does fly quickly! “N” came in looking mighty fine in his little pin-striped suit! He wasn’t shy when it came to showing off his gorgeous smile and adorable personality. He started getting a little tired while eating his cake, but we were able to get a great variety of him enjoying his colorful cake!

Thank you again to mom & dad who have trusted me throughout the years to capture such wonderful moments in their lives! As you well know, you are more than friends, but part of our family! I look forward to watching your family grow and truly enjoy our sessions together! [And thank you for your patience while I am going through my computer nightmare!] It was tough to choose just a few to show you!

Hello Baby “E”

I have had these images sitting here waiting to be posted for a while. I installed a few programs on my secondary computer so I could get this sneak peek up today!

Here’s Baby “E”. He came in at 14 days old! He was perfect. He slept throughout most of the session which allowed us to get lots of different poses. He even gave us a chuckle a few times while he slept. Big sister “L” was so helpful with “her baby” and she did great when it was her turn to have a few images of her holding her brother! Towards the end, “E” woke up being very hungry and “L” was quite tired of being a supermodel. They did great though! And when “E” is old enough, he’ll get his lollipops which he truly deserves!

“My Computer” Update!

Saturday, February 6, 2010 5:14 pm

Looks like my computer is not fixed after all. It has an appointment with the Apple Dr. tomorrow. They believe it’s a hardware issue and will be taking a more in-depth look at it. As mentioned previously, I have EVERYTHING backed up (twice) on separate hard drives. So, all of those beautiful portraits are safe.

Thankfully, I have a second computer (which most of you have seen in my kitchen). I will be transferring applications to that computer and setting it up to use as my main computer.
