    After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

    Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

    If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

CLOSED FOR A MONTH

I am taking a break for myself and for my family – so I will be CLOSED until August 7th.

CURRENT CLIENTS

  • I will not be available for portrait customizations (coffee table books, collages, etc)
  • I will not be available for portrait pick ups
  • If you have an active proof gallery, any order placed during the closure will be processed and delivered after August 7th.
  • During closure, all emails/phone calls will be responded to within 2-5 days and in order of importance and/or urgency.

FUTURE CLIENTS

  • I will I not be available for portrait sessions until after August 7th. Scheduling is available to as far out as November. My schedule fills up at least 2 months in advance. Please do not wait.
  • If you would like to schedule a session, please call or email me. I will respond within 2-5 days and in order received.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WHEN I REOPEN

  • August through November is my busiest time of the year! Please schedule your session as soon as you can to guarantee the best availability.
  • September through mid-November is Holiday Portrait time! Don’t wait until last minute to get these done – schedule early!
  • OpLove sessions will not be available until the New Year due to the busy holiday season. You may add your name to the waiting list. You will be notified of last minute cancellations within 5-7 days of the session date available.

Little “M” Celebrates Turning One!

Another fun 1st birthday session! Little “M” was a bundle of joy and soon as she walked in the door. She and I shared some silly sounds and giggles. When it came time for cake, she was much more interested in just the lady bugs on her cake rather than the cake itself. But, soon enough, with daddy’s help she was digging in!

Miss K ~ Class of 2010

Miss K… I’ve known her and her family for years. They had moved away for a while, realized they miss our little neck of the woods here on Whidbey and recently moved back. I was very excited (and honored) to be able to enjoy a few hours with Miss K as we moved from park, to beach to wooded areas and every where in between. Mom was my helper and assisted me with a reflector for additional lighting in some spots. Overall, I was thrilled with this session, that I couldn’t just pick my normal 2 – 4 images for this sneak peek. So, here are some of my favorites! Click on the thumbnails to view each image.

Waiting for Baby Girl “T”

This was such a sweet session. Big sister “E” was (still is) is so excited to meet her little sister. Mom was contracting a little during the session, but she did great! Every few minutes I kept asking her if she was ok or needed to sit down. (Hey, I’ve had 4 babies and I know how tough that last month is and how comforting sitting down with your feet up is. I wanted make sure she was comfortable throughout the entire session.) Through it all, mommy was gorgeous and glowing! Little baby “T” will be arriving soon and then coming in for her newborn session, she is part of our Bundle In The Oven plan. I can’t wait to meet her!

Fun Family of Four

The “H” family came in to take on the challenge of a family portrait. And our big brother was ready to bring it on! But, with a little bit of patience, and my C-A-N-D-Y, he came around and was such a charmer. I fell in love with his curly locks! And his little sister was such a joy. She was giggly and all smiles!  It was tough again to choose just a few to share here. I just had to show this one family image – the kids were so cute with their synchronized fingers-in-the-mouths. Thanks mom and dad for making funny faces, goofy noises and going with flow! The kids did great!
