    After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

    Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

    If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

Another Beauty!

Three days after little “A” from the previous sneak peek came in, little “T” came on in and took my breath away again. She too slept so sweetly and can you believe that most of the time, she positioned herself just perfectly?! I believe she was 10 days old when she came in. When her mommy came in for her maternity session, she was contracting a little and we all expected an early delivery. But little “T” waited until her due date to arrive. She has been signed up for the Inch By Inch session plan (baby’s 1st year), so I am delighted & excited to be able to watch her grow and be apart of those special milestones!

New Baby Girl & New Editing Style

Isn’t she just a doll!? This sweetheart came in at about 12 days old. She actually surprised mommy and daddy by arriving 3 weeks early. She was so tiny and so cute. She was sound asleep until we changed her clothes. After that, she was wide awake and observing every movement around her. She took part in the free mini newborn sessions I offer for babies born at the Naval Hospital. She did great for the little time I had with her!

I loved her images so much that I had to try something different with them. Still not quite what to call this style of editing, but I really like how they turned out. Of course, you know me, I’m always looking for feedback – so tell me what you think! Whether you love it or not, don’t worry -Not all my images will be edited this way. It’s just another option!

REMINDER!

CURRENT CLIENTS with active proofs albums/orders –

I will be CLOSED from July 7th through August 7th. If you want your portraits (prints) available prior to closing on July 7th, you must get your order in by June 19th. All orders received after the 19th will be processed if deposit has been received, but are not guaranteed to be available for pick up before July 7th. (RUSH orders available with a $20 fee)

I am available for in-person order appointments this week and next week to get this all done. Please call me ASAP to get your order placed. Even if you decide to pay the deposit later, or need to be on a payment plan – that is fine. It’s best to make your decisions now and get the order in the system.

When I return in August, I will be very busy. The holiday season starts in September for me and promotions will begin when I return. Don’t wait too long or your order may be in the back of a very long queue line.

Happy 2nd Birthday!

Little “I” is a sweetheart! She is the younger sister of the two 16 year olds that recently came in. She was so calm, quiet and was willing to do anything she was asked. She did begin to talk and giggle as we progressed. She was so sweet with her little monkey. Once again, I had a tough time picking 2 or 3. We did so much with her that, well, I had to show a little of everything. Ok, so not everything – only mommy knows what’s missing here. But those images are for her eyes only, because she’s special. 🙂

On A Personal Note…

Congratulations to my beautiful niece Priscilla who will be receiving her Bachelors Degree this morning! Wish I could have been there for you this morning. But know that I love you and am very proud of your accomplishments. Your determination to not be swayed when the world is upside down all around you is so inspiring and strengthening to everyone around you, including me. Thank you for always standing up for yourself, setting your goal and letting nothing distract you from what God has purposed you to do. You are not a little girl anymore. you are a woman – strong, independent, loving, respectful… and a blessing to every person who has the honor of meeting you.

Always continue to seek God in all you do. Never let go of His promises for you. I love you!
