    After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

    Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

    If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

11 years… seems like yesterday

A little bit about today, and why it’s special to our family…

Many of you have seen this ring on my hand as I’ve work with you and your family. Some of you know our story from reading about me on my main website. Some have asked about it, some have not – Either way, this ring has been on my right hand since one month after our son was born. An Opal stone in the center, with a heart on both sides. Our son’s name is on one side, and his birthdate is on the other.

Thank you for your support & love as we remember our son along with all babies gone too soon.

Contest #2 Results – Jolly Holiday Mini Session Giveaway

First of all, I am so sorry for the application confusion! I thought the SUGGEST THIS application would have made the contest easier, but it didn’t. It only add more frustration to both the referrer’s and the referrals. Because of this, I decided to go with the  image “LIKE” way. Although there was a little uncertainty of “where” to LIKE, eventually it was sorted out and the race began!

And the race was a good one! The lead shifted time and time again! But at the end, it was pretty clear who won!

Two year old “L”

The last time I photographed “L”, he was a newborn. And now he’s a spunky, energetic 2 year old. He was quiet shy, and yet had his own agenda. He had us working hard to keep occupied. Although the session didn’t lat long, we were able to capture some gorgeous smiles, silly smirks and very serious moments. He’s soooo cutre and he did great! I can’t wait to work with him again!

Sunny Day at Cliffside Park

Actually, at first, it was a little too sunny. Then when the sun began to set (which was perfect), the wind picked up and we got chilly. But we had a great time! We didn’t let anything get in our way of capturing this adorable family! The parents were great, the kids were great – it was wonderful! Many thanks to you all for your patience during this very busy season! It was a pleasure to work with you – as always!
