It was a tough decision to make, but the best for my family & I. For the 1st time since I opened my business, I am closing for the fall/winer holidays! I normally continue taking sessions until mid December. But, in July, I was supposed to be closed, planned on taking in 2 sessions and ended up taking in 9. So, I never had any time off as I planned. I didn’t get to do the things I wanted to do with my kids. So, I’m making it up to them and taking about 2 months off. It was perfect since all my baby planners are not due to come back in during those months. So, this was an opportunity I had to take.

I shot my LAST session on Nov 16th. It was perfect! She’s the little sweetheart to the right. 🙂 What a wonderful little lady to end the year with! THANK YOU to all my clients who made this year so successful! I am so proud of what I do and am honored to be able to be apart of your lives! I have lots planned for next year and am excited!

For now, I want to give everyone closing dates and new information for the new year so no one is left off guard or unsure. I will be continuing the edit/release proofs, take in orders, process & deliver them, but I will not be taking in any more sessions until the new year.  As always, please call me with any questions or concerns.

New Phone Number

• I have a new business phone number: (360) 320-6554
• This number does NOT accept text messages. The preferred method of contact is a phone call and/or email. Facebook messages are great too!
• This is a Google voice number. It operates a little different than I am accustomed to. But please don’t hang up when/if it asks you for your name, your call with get through to me. 🙂
• The old number will be available until Jan 1, 2012.

Closure Dates

• November 17th through January 21st, 2012
• I will be available for ordering appointments and portrait pick ups until December 15th. Please call to schedule your appointments as usual.
• Auto-response emails & automatic voicemail will begin November 17th. All email/phone calls will be returned within 3-5 days in order received – may be earlier depending on urgency.

Session Information/Availability

• I am fully booked for January. Waiting list is available.
• I am fully booked for February. Waiting list is available.
• I have 2 sessions spots available in March.
• April, May & beyond are available.
• Schedule your session as early as possible. My schedule fills up at least 2 months in advance. Once a certain amount of session slots are filled, I will not take in any more for that month. Pregnancy/Newborn sessions are critical when scheduling – please do not wait to schedule these sessions.
• Promotions/sales & other info available first to clients on the e-mail list. Click HERE to add yourself.

Waiting List

• Waiting lists are available just in case a client cancels or reschedules their session
• I will contact you at least 24 hours ahead when a session becomes available.

Active Proof Galleries (current clients)

• Place your orders as soon as possible if you would like your orders back by December 15th.
• Send all customization requests via phone or email.
• Once your order is place, please check your email often for “completion” status. Call me to schedule your pick up appointment.
