    After serving Oak Harbor since 2006, I have closed my doors officially. I am still on Whidbey Island, but no longer offering photography services or learning classes on a regular basis. I am only offering Preschool Portraits for Ms. Ashley's Preschool in the spring.

    Past clients may be able to purchase digital images from their past sessions if they are still available on my archive drives. Contact me for more info.

    If you are a photographer inquiring about the possible purchase of my props and/or backdrops, many of my items are listed on Facebook Marketplace. Feel free to contact me for direct links or to inquire about anything you see in y portraits that you are interested in to see if they are available.

Ready for Fall – Family Session

We have had a pretty warm summer over here in Oak Harbor. Fall hit and we had rain and wind. But then, it got sunny and warm again. And it’s great for outside, but sometimes, it makes the studio pretty warm. And on this day, we had no breeze. So, even with having windows and doors open, it was still so warm. Everyone did great despite the heat. Mom left the little guy bare to keep him from getting overheated and uncomfortable. He didn’t mind one bit. But he was quite infatuated with his pants. The texture of the corduroy left him mesmerized and in his own little world discovering. But soon enough, we got his attention and captured his adorable expressions. His two older sisters were amazing to work with. So full of spunk, I had so much fun with them! And Grandma came too! We had a great time! Thank you for choosing me! School Portrait Mini Sessions 2013

All students (Kindergarten through 12th grade) are welcome to join me for FREE School Portrait Mini Sessions.

These sessions include traditional and non-traditional poses to show off your child’s personality and individuality!

We help you prepare for your session by providing clothing suggestions.  And when your child is here, we make it fun and relaxing so their true smiles are captured!

Session includes:

  • 15-20 minute session for 1 student
  • 1 outfit only (no changes)
  • 2-5 poses
  • 5-10 proofs

*No prints/products are included with this session.*

October 18 & 19 ONLY!

There is limited space for these sessions, so you must schedule your appointment NOW to guarantee availability.

One student per time slot, no sibling/group images allowed. All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. No exceptions. All proofs will be available online within 2 weeks to view and order.

Twice The Love

If you live here in Oak Harbor and own a dog, you probably know this family. Mommy is a dog groomer, owner of Watch Dawgs Grooming and Boarding. And last year, she & her husband welcome twin boys! They were born on 12/12/12!  And  along with their birthdate, these little guys are so amazing as well! At the beginning of all my sessions with kids, I usually ask the parents about the kids and even keep distance as to not get the kids nervous. I expected them to be on their guard or maybe even a little shy. But nope, these two were so social from the very beginning! They gave me so many big smiles and giggles throughout our time together. At the end of the session, they even modeled an outfit by Snips & Snails, The Shop for Little Guys (part of The Curly Girly Boutique). To see that image, click HERE. All Wrapped Up In Love

This beautiful baby boy came a little early for his Mommy. He was still so tiny, yet so adorable and full of personality. He was very sleepy and just wanted to curl up in a little ball no matter where he was. Daddy is in the US Navy and so we used some of his everyday gear and incorporated them into the session. We even caught a few smiles while he slept. And at the very end, we had to just take a few with his little “I ♥ Hockey” beanie. (Daddy’s a big hockey fan) And although we had a separate little set-up prepared, little J was tired of being a supermodel, so we let him rest on Daddy’s shoulder.
