This adorable family of 7 was amazing and shocked me a little. Everyone, yes even the littlest ones, were mellow and ready to smile! They all did wonderful and I had so much watching their personalities come out during the second half of the session. There were so many great images from this session! Once again, I had a difficult time choosing just a few to show. But here they are – thanks again for such a great session!
Some of you have received one of these little albums as a free gift with your order. And I’ve gone back and forth about offering it. But the feedback has been awesome, so we’re putting it on the menu.
If you’ve been here for a session, then you have seen the coffee table books I offer. These are the mini versions of my pr coffee table books. They are great for keeping in mom’s purse as well as on dad’s desk for easy access to show off your images.
As of right now, you will not find it in the product guide. But it should be in there by the end of the month. If your online session album is currently active and you would like a proof of a mini-album added, please contact me.
The sample brag book pictures above are from the one I received with my order. It was my favorite thing I got! I carry it with me everywhere, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. People are always asking where I got it. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out, and I didn’t pick out any of the photos or anything. I’m so happy to see Madden’s pictures on this website! Good question! Originally, we were told my husband was given orders to a particular squadron meaning that we were going to be here for another 4 years.
But, when the Chief results came out, he was told that his billet was filled and now he had to choose somewhere else. He chose another squadron here on the island.
Even though the detailer said he’s “good to go”, we have not received anything in writing. The Navy is in a bind right now with financing, and we are thinking that we will get some kind of confirmation in October (new fiscal year).
I have had many inquiries for 1st birthdays and newborns in the new year. I will take reservations, but no deposits until I have those written orders in my hand confirming our stay here on the island.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with this. We have been here for 12 years. This is our home and we hope we can stay. But we are military, and do understand that it may not be possible.
So, keep your fingers crossed, say a little prayer… and I promise to update the blog with news as soon I get it!

Yes, I will keep you all in my prayers asking the Lord to do his will in your life. I hope you do get to stay there in Washington, but if not the Lord know where He needs you to be. Trust Him. Everything is but for a season. I am sure if you have to leave the Island everyone is going to miss your family. I hope if you do have to move it will be near the family here in Calif, I know as a mother that’s what I would like!! But I leave it in God hands.

We were scheduled for an on-location session at a park, but our gorgeous weather turned to wind and rain within a day. So, we went inside our church to do the session. This one was a last-minute get together since a few of the guys work in Oregon and only come home for about a day and a half at a time. We just happened to have them available, so it was a now or never situation. But I still want to get this family outside, so we are gonna have to try to coordinate another session sometime soon.
The pictures are all great. What a fun group!

That’s what he said! For the first few frames, mom wanted a traditional school portrait. Well, everyone knows I’m anything but traditional, but I did my best to please. Once we were done with that part, “H” took off his tie, changed his clothes and we had fun! His session was so fast that we played around with funny faces in plans for a fun collage for mom.
