September is right around the corner. Along with that comes the busiest season of the year for photography. School pictures, fall pictures, holiday pictures plus the normal pregnancies, newborns and birthdays in between.
School starts soon and all 3 of my kids have different school schedules which makes things for me get a little crazier (in my mind). Because of this, my work schedule must go around them. Therefore, I will be making some changes to how I schedule sessions. At this time, no sessions will need to be moved. I will not know one of my child’s school (kindergarten) schedule until September 3rd. Once I receive that, I will make adjustments as needed. You will receive a call only if I need to move your session.
My flexibility is thinning due to childcare restraints. I will do my best to work with your family’s schedule. Due to demand, I must enforce these policies to serve everyone as the best of my ability. Here is other important information you must know about Renee Giugliano Photography as September draws near.
Portrait Session Schedule/Payment Changes
- I will only be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.
- Times available will be 10am and 5:30pm.
- Sessions are scheduled by slots, not dates. I will only take in 2 sessions per week until further notice.
- All session fees must be paid in full within 3 days of scheduling your session.
- All sessions are not only first come, first serve – but FIRST PAID. You have 3 days to pay your session fee, otherwise your slot will be made available to others.
Fees/Prices
- There will be a session and print/product price increase going into effect for all newly schedule sessions scheduled after January 1st. All sessions currently scheduled will not be affected.
- 2011/2012 Winter Session & Product Guide is being updated and will be available soon.
- New print products are coming available, which will be in the new product guide.
- **NEW INCENTIVE** All print orders will receive complimentary web-sized Facebook images of each image ordered. They will posted through the Facebook page where you can save/download. These images are not meant for print and the logo/watermark MAY NOT be removed and/or cropped out. Model Release REQUIRED.
Current Availability
- The months of September, October & November are FULLY BOOKED. Waiting lists have begun. Phone calls for pending session fees are being placed to open up slots for all months.
- The only available sessions are the upcoming Fall (Halloween) & Holiday Mini Sessions (watch blog Promo Page and Facebook for announcements)
- I will be CLOSING early in the fall. I will not be taking in any NEW session plan clients for sessions. Closure dates are below.
- I have workbooks leftover, which means I am available for a workshop! If you would like a one-on-one or host a workshop in your home (or mine) please contact me ASAP. I may not be able to offer this as much once October comes.
- If you are a part of an organization and would like to use the workshop as a fundraiser, please contact me.
- If you an owner of a child’s boutique/clothing store and would like to use your store to host a workshop, please contact me.
