I Had a Little Secret – Pregnancy Announcement Session

And I’ve been waiting (somewhat) patiently to be given the “okay” to share. Why? Because this session was done specifically to announce their pregnancy and I didn’t want to ruin it by sharing online and risk having some one see it before they were supposed to. But, now I get to share. YAY!

This was my first session of the year. They called a week before I reopened, chose a date and we went for it. They wanted an outdoor session and the only thing we were concerned about was the weather. We weren’t sure if we would get rain or snow, but the day came and there were clear skies. We headed out to Deception Pass State Park in the morning where we were hit with freezing temperatures. I honestly thought it would have been warmer than it actually was. Although we stayed within one area, we moved quite a bit to keep ourselves warm along with having the ability to have different backdrops by just changing directions.

It was such a joy to be able to capture this beautiful couple as they prepare to welcome and share a very exciting, new adventure into their lives. Congratulations again Mommy & Daddy! Thank you for choosing me to be a part of this special time in your lives.
