Fresh Focus [Parent Workshop]

Many parents purchase a DSLR camera in hopes of not missing a moment of their children’s lives, but are not totally satisfied with the images when they appear on their computer screen. They just want their images to be better.

Fresh Focus is a workshop that teaches parents how to take better pictures of their kids. It focuses on concepts you can easily put into practice, just by understanding lighting, composition, perspective and age appropriate techniques. Participants will have access to an easy to follow presentation that includes both in depth details and quick tips for common situations which will help them improve their photos immediately… just by taking the time to assess light, change up their angle, and remember a few quick tips.

• Camera Settings
• Learning Light
• Composition
• Tips for ages newborn and up

Choose your class format:

• In-person (locally – hosted by me): one day, 2-3 hours, max 10 students per class. Printed manuals to take home are provided. Can be split into two days at no additional cost.
• In-person (locally – hosted by you): one day, 2-3 hours, max 10 students per class, great for a get-together with your friends. Host receives class at 25% off. Printed manuals to take home are provided. an be split into two days at no additional cost.
• One-on-one (in-person): one day, 2-3 hours. Printed manuals to take home are provided. an be split into two days at no additional cost.

In-Person Class (5 people max per class) OR One-on-One

Cost: $75.00 (plus tax)

Includes:

• In-Person -or- One-on-One class; 2-3 hours long with breaks, q & a and practice time
• Outdoor practice if time allows

• Tips & tricks on-the-go card to keep on hand while you are practicing
• Printed manual (over 90 pages) of the course to take notes in and take home

Extended Class Add-on (add $15 plus tax, per person):

• Spread your class out into a three-day format so that we can add in additional hands-on time along with practice shooting in different scenarios indoors and outside.
• Image & editing critique/help from each practice shoot.
• Three days don’t have to be consecutive, they can be every other day, every other week, etc.

In-Person (Hosted by you) – MINIMUM 2 additional guest plus host required.

• Host Cost (25% off): $56.25 plus tax
• Additional Guests: $75.00 plus tax
